Terms of use
These terms govern use of VertChecker. By submitting media, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to them. Last updated July 21, 2026.
Use of the service
You may use VertChecker for lawful personal, training, coaching, or evaluation purposes. You must not interfere with the service, bypass usage controls, upload malware, scrape private results, or use another person's account without permission.
Your media
You retain rights in media you submit. You confirm that you have permission to upload and process it, including consent from identifiable people where required. You grant VertChecker a limited right to process, store, transform, and deliver the media only as needed to provide and secure the service.
Measurement limits
Results are estimates affected by frame rate, camera motion, visibility, takeoff and landing technique, event selection, and the chosen test protocol. VertChecker is not medical advice, an injury-clearance tool, certified scouting equipment, or a force-plate replacement. Inspect event frames and warnings before relying on a result.
Accounts, plans, and payments
You are responsible for account security. Current prices and entitlements appear before purchase. Stripe processes payments. Recurring plans continue until canceled through the available account or billing controls; access continues through the paid period unless law or the checkout terms require otherwise.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every video will be measurable or that the service will always be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, VertChecker is not liable for indirect, consequential, or training-related losses arising from use of an estimate. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
