What to include
For analysis help, send the result link, the warning or error code, your phone model, recording frame rate, and a short description of the jump. Do not attach a private video unless you are comfortable sending it by email.
Privacy and account requests
Send the request from the email associated with your account and state whether you need access, correction, or deletion. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
Research and validation
Independent comparisons against force plates, jump mats, and high-speed manual video are welcome. Include the protocol, frame rate, event-selection rules, equipment model, and de-identified paired results.
